Does the Initial Cleaning Take Longer?

The difference of general and deep cleaning

We do not have a specific checklist but for general cleaning or deep cleaning because every houses is different, every cleaners is different. But most common list that your cleaners will do is clean counters, surfaces in the beds bathrooms, cleaning toilet, bathtub shower and sink. Cleaners are going to vacuum, mop and sweep the floor.

Inclusions of Move in/Move out:

Sanitize the place and thoroughly clean, inside fridge, inside oven and inside cabinet is included as long as these are still in normal condition. Not included windows, garage, balcony/patio

How many cleaners:

We refer 1 or 2 cleaners upon availability

How long the cleaning will take:

The time of the cleaning really depends upon the condition of the place. Once they arrive you will do the initial walkthrough and after that you can ask them how long will they take and they can be able to let you know.

Am I going to get charge once I book:

We do pre-authorize the card 1-day prior the booking and charge after the service
