Microwave Ovens Are a Godsend, but How Do You Clean Them

House Cleaning Gurus of Sacramento shows that home microwave ovens have been popular for nearly fifty years. In 1967, the Avanti Rada range was first presented to the marketplace. In today’s America, it’s unusual to find a kitchen without a microwave. It’s also hard to see an American who hasn’t heard of a dish of spaghetti exploding in their microwave or some other microwave tragedy described by House Cleaning experts of Sacramento.

Would you give it your best shot not to glance around the inside of yours when you’re putting things in or taking them out by the House Cleaning experts? If it’s been used a lot or not at all, it’s probably in need of a scrubbing brush. But don’t worry, a soiled microwave isn’t a significant issue. We’ll show you how to clean a microwave the right way using two distinct approaches. These tips go further than sludges to control super-smelly microwaves, as instructed by the House Cleaning specialists of Sacramento.

Method 1: Cleaning with Vinegar

By the House Cleaning Gurus, pour a microwave-safe plate or a large glass measuring cup halfway with water and two tablespoons of vinegar. Put a drop of your preferred lavender oil to disguise the scent of the vinegar. Advised by the House Cleaning pros, you should microwave the bottle.

  1. Cook for 5 minutes on high in the microwave. It’s supposed to get pretty hot in there. Tips by the House Cleaning geniuses of Sacramento, don’t open the door for another fifteen minutes to ensure that all the caramelized dirt has loosened.
  2. Replace the container with care. It may be hot.
  3. Wipe the turntable by removing it and wiping it down with a dry cloth.
  4. According to the House Cleaning gurus, wipe down each side, top, base, and bottom inside the microwaves with hand towels or a washcloth, being careful not to get any liquid in the ventilation. If stains remain, use a sponge soaked in the water/vinegar mixture suggested by the House Cleaning mavens to wipe them away.
  5. Remove the turntable and replace it.

 Method 2: Cleaning with lime

  1. Squeeze one lime until it becomes slightly squishy. Cut it in half after that.
  2. In a microwave-safe dish or big glass measuring cup, pour roughly one cup of water.
  3. Pour as much lime juice as possible into the water from each side of the lime.
  4. Add the lime halves that have been squeezed into the water as well.
  5. Microwave on high for five to 10 minutes, depending on the size of the jar.
  6. Allow another 5 min to pass. Next, carefully open the door and replace the dish. It may be hot.
  7. Replace the turntable and clean it with a dishcloth before wiping out all of the internal surfaces of the microwave with the dishcloth recommended by the House Cleaning geniuses.
  8. Remove the turntable and replace it.
